Team Building

Low Ropes and Obstacles Course

Trust Falls
One participant stands on the platform facing away from the group. The other participants stand in parallel lines facing each other, in front of the platform, with their arms outstretched forming a zipper pattern.

The Wall
The objective is to get everyone in the group up and over the wall. Participants can only help people over the wall if they themselves have already gone over. Only two people may stay on top of the wall to help people over. The only way participants can help from the top is for them to have already climbed there. The ladder may only be used for exiting the top of the wall.

Spider Web
The objective is to pass everyone in a group from one side of a rope spider web to the other without touching the web or the posts, while using each hole only once.

Tension Traverse
Participants walk on the suspended cable while using the parallel ropes for balance while crossing the entire length of the cable without touching the ground.

X Bridge
Participants cross from one tree to the other without touching the ground.

Alligator Pit
The objective is to start with the entire group on one platform, using teamwork and a second board, move the entire group in one trip to a third platform.

Acid River
Participants get from one side to the other using two boards, without touching the ground and in only one trip.

Suspended Tire
The objective is to pass everyone in the group through the center and without using the ropes or touching the trees.

Invisible Wall
This objective is to get everyone from one side of the course to the other without touching the trees. There is also an "invisible energy field" extending from the log to the ground preventing participants from crawling underneath.

Cable Crossing
The entire group crosses from one side to the other, using only one staff (large stick) without touching the ground. No one may leave until everyone is on the last section of the cable.

Nitro Crossing
The objective is to swing from one side to the other without touching the board or the ground in between. One person in the group needs to pick up a bucket of water while swinging across using the rules above.
